It was an enjoyable and fascinating experience to listen to talks and discuss poster presentations at the 31st Topical Meeting of the International Society of Electrochemistry. This time in Aachen, Germany. A relatively small but lively city is a perfect place for this year's conference topic in "Theory and Computation in Electrochemistry: Seeking Synergies in Methods, Materials, and Systems." From our side, I also thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to present our work on simulations of nano impact electrochemical experiments.
